After setting the airwaves ablaze with his mega-hit “No Panic (30 BG),” Afrobeats sensation Ftarget is back with another explosive single titled “Work Pay.” The highly anticipated track officially drops today, October 10, 2025, across all major digital music platforms — and it’s already sending waves through the Afrobeats scene.

    PLAY “Work Pay”

“Work Pay” is a melodious and feel-good tune packed with sensational lyrics that capture the joy, ease, and celebration that come after the grind finally pays off. With smooth vocals and rhythmic Afrobeats instrumentation, Ftarget once again proves why he’s one of the most promising voices in the new generation of African music.

Speaking about the track, Ftarget describes Work Pay as “a song for everyone who’s been on their hustle — it’s about enjoying the fruits of your labour and living the soft life you’ve earned.”

This marks Ftarget’s fifth successful single, following an impressive streak of hits that includes “New Level,” “Hear Me,” “No Gree,” and the chart-dominating “No Panic (30 BG).” Each release has strengthened his position in the Afrobeats landscape, showcasing his versatility, lyrical depth, and ear for timeless melodies.

As Work Pay hits the airwaves and streaming charts, there’s no doubt Ftarget is making his mark in the Afrobeat music space. And if consistency, creativity, and authenticity are anything to go by, his recognition on the global stage is only a matter of time.
