From humble beginnings as friends bonding over music, the pair has risen to become one of Nigeria’s most compelling acts, channeling real-life experiences, social commentary, and streetwise wisdom into their music. Their journey, rooted in ambition and resilience, has led them to this defining moment: the release of their new EP Onorato.
Onorato (meaning “honour should be given to”), is a four-track ode to claiming their place in music. Each song navigates life’s contrasts: the hunger for success (ambition), yearning (longing), playful romance, and bold intimacy (sexual daring). Tracks like Ave Maria is a groovy track, while Velvet others strip back to soulful confessions.
