BUK, born Bukunmi Peter Onasanya, is a Nigerian-born rapper, producer, and mixing engineer. He was born in Sagamu, Ogun State, and spent his childhood in Bodija, Ibadan. By secondary school, he was writing his own songs. A visit to a recording studio with his brother revealed a new world to him and BUK instinctively knew where he belonged.
