Famous Pluto arrives with debut EP 'Uzama The 3rd'

Nigerian rapper and singer-songwriter Famous Pluto has officially released his debut extended play, Uzama The 3rd, marking a bold entry into the Afro-inspired music scene. The five-track EP showcases Famous Pluto’s vocal prowess and street-smart lyricism, featuring collaborations with Shallipopi, Zerrydl, and Jeriq. Produced by a talented lineup including Busy Pluto, Torye, King Ice, and JAZZMAN BEATS, the project blends native cadences with infectious, club-ready beats, cementing Pluto’s status as a fresh force in Nigerian music.

The EP follows the success of his earlier single Na Scra, which earned a nod from Wizkid, and builds on his 2024 breakthrough with Feel D Mood alongside Outsyd Eddie and Tega Boi DC. Tracks like Ewo with Shallipopi and Zerrydl kick off the project with a catchy, collaborative energy, while Osusu, featuring Jeriq, delivers a gritty narrative over a pulsating beat. Gbese and Runs Am further highlight Pluto’s ability to merge Benin street influences with viral-ready hooks, offering a royal nod to the “Uzama” trio—himself, Shallipopi, and Zerrydl. Fans have taken to social platforms to celebrate the EP’s vibrant sound and chemistry, with many hailing it as a coronation of Pluto’s potential.

Available now on all major streaming platforms, Uzama The 3rd sets the stage for Pluto’s upcoming album, promising to redefine Afro-inspired music with its seamless blend of tradition and innovation. This release underscores his deliberate rise, positioning him as a tide-shaping talent in Nigeria’s dynamic music landscape.
