Following her previous release Mo Bad, Imanse is back with Jeje, the second single off her much-anticipated EP, Still Here. This Afro R&B tune again showcases her signature blend of soothing melodies, heartfelt storytelling, and captivating rhythms.

The title Jeje, which means “easy” in Yoruba, sets the tone for the song’s theme. In this track, Imanse conveys a message of love and patience, urging her partner to take things slowly and gently with her. Her vocals glide smoothly over the rich instrumentation, creating an immersive listening experience that speaks to the soul.

Produced by the talented Vanilla Ceo and expertly mixed and mastered by Chuckie FX, Jeje is a sonic delight. The song features lush guitar accompaniments that weave seamlessly with the mellow beats, all tied together by a catchy and rhythmic hook that lingers long after the song ends. It’s a perfect blend of Afrobeat influences and R&B finesse, proving that Imanse is carving a unique space for herself in the music industry.

With Jeje, Imanse reaffirms her commitment to delivering quality music and keeping her momentum strong in 2025. Her artistic evolution is evident, and this latest offering is further proof that she is here to stay.

    Listen to Jeje here.
